- One computer, Two Computer, Three Computer, Four. How to develop activities for a variety of teaching settings.
- Developing age/grade/subject appropriate learning activities that require students to use technology and develop technology skills.
(NOTE to instructor: this is an in class activity whereby teachers work in teams to research ways in which they can encourage the use of technology by students in one, two, and three computer classrooms. What are the strategies to assure equitable access? What types of activities can be done in these environments?)
In class exercise: Integrate activities into your lesson plan that involve student use of technology.

Technical skills necessary to bring together available equipment and use it wisely, effectively, and efficiently with students in class.
HOMEWORK:
- Based on research done in class, develop a list of ways to use computers to enhance your teaching and your students' learning. This list should reflect your current classroom situation and a scenario of "what if we had 5 more computers?" Save this list to your computer/disk and bring a paper copy to the next class.
