When my twins were starting seventh grade, they were pleased that they were going to a brand new school that was constructed over the summer. The new school was also using a new 7th grade curriculum that the teachers, students and parents were all excited about. Investing in a college education is no joke. Knowing this fact I wonder why a lot of students would waste their time failing their subjects. This is what my parent told me after I told them that I failed one of my subjects and that I may need to take it again in the summer. I got so fed up with their ranting that I researched on other options to finish the course I wanted. And when I had all the information that I needed to prepare myself from the long discussion ahead of me, I went down for dinner and prepped myself. The kids have always been interested in the water. I have a feeling that growing up along the coast helped with that. We heard about marine biology camps that are being held over the summer for kids interested in learning more about the living beings inside the ocean and we knew the kids would love it. We are flying out in about a week and making this a part of our summer vacation. The kids are going to have a really great time.
