Finding A Core Curriculum

When I decided that my daughter would be schooled at home so that she could have more time to work on the dance classes that she loved, the biggest obstacle to me was coming up with a core curriculum for our lessons that was going to work for both of us. We have different interests and different ways of thinking, and it was tough to make sure that we would both be able to fully understand the material we needed to cover.
