Looking For My Husband’s Mother

My husband knew he was adopted ever since he was a small child. He loves his mother very much but has always wanted to meet or at least find out something about his birth mother. His adopted mother had saved her name on a paper for all these years just in case my husband had the desire to find out more about his family. She did caution him though that his birth family might not want to be in touch with him. He understood but wanted to try. His mother said she thought the Oregon Vital Records was a good place for him to start, since that’s where he’d been born.
