Medical Lab Assistant Program

Most programs for this profession are divided into different methods of learning where students will experience classroom learning, clinical practice and on-the-job training experience. To become a Medical Lab Assistant, students must be exposed more into hands-on training inside the laboratories or health facilities since their job requires more clinical work than office tasks. The program is expected to teach the students with the necessary theories and skills which are mostly applied during the actual job. Students will be supervised during the training and should be able to identify the areas where they must improve. The program should also be preparing the students for any examination or further education.
